As you’ll have seen, there is an enormous amount of detailed help and advice available for free in the articles section (and in the free videos). If you find that is enough for you then I’m very happy for you to stay with that.

Most people need a lot of personal help and direction. Even those who can manage without it would avoid a lot of unnecessary detours and progress a lot faster if they did have regular input from a teacher. If you find yourself unsure of anything, just email me and I’ll answer your first question for free.

Do you need more help?

Most often, you’ll find that you need much more help than you can get from just a few questions. If you’re at all like most people, you’ll need regular direction for at least a year.

If you’re also getting Alexander lessons from an Alexander teacher near you this is excellent. If you’re not, then I would encourage to start if at all possible. I can help you immensely even if you’re not having lessons. I can help you a whole lot more if you’re getting Alexander lessons from a local teacher as well.

For on-line tuition

You get a full month’s access to me for the price of a single lesson. A year’s access is even more affordable.

In addition, you get the chance to get to talk with and share your experience with like-minded people on similar journeys to your own. If you go for the annual subscription, you get it for less than three monthly subscriptions. Very few people need less than a year.

However well you do, if you stay subscribed, I can always help you feel ever more comfortable in your body. I can also help you to scale ever greater heights of success with any activity requiring strength, stamina or extreme skill.

You also save money if you stay subscribed for longer than a year. When subscription rates go up, you will be able to stay on this rate for as long as you remain subscribed. (If you let your subscription lapse and later re-subscribe, you will have to pay the then going rate).

Clients currently having lessons with me will get free access to Repoise. In this context, “currently” means you’ve had at least one lesson in the last two months. If you’re close enough to do this, contact me directly on 0151 708 6172 to join Repoise for free after your first lesson.

You have two choices: annual subscription or monthly subscription.

If you think a month is all you need, go for the monthly subscription. If you want to try it out before committing youreself to an annual subscription, you can do that too.

Be aware that very few problems are simple enough to sort out in just a month.

Please Note:

• These subscriptions: unless you choose to cancel your subscription, you will be billed again when the subscription becomes due.
  • Annual subscriptions: I’ll send you a reminder after 11 months so that, should you decide to cancel, you have plenty of time to do so.
  • Monthly subscriptions: It’s up to you to remember to cancel. If you want to upgrade to an annual subscription, I’ll refund you for whatever portion of your monthly subscxription is still unused when you buy the annual subscription.
• The payment system is not automatic. After you join us, I will manually give you access within 24 hours. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised access.
